What happens on inspection day?
We check your shingles, flashing, vents, and gutters for wear or storm damage. We'll show you what we found and what actually needs fixing. We also show you the history of storms in your zip code, then help you sort out next steps.
How long does a full roof replacement take?

Do you install both 5 inch and 6 inch gutters?
We install both sizes. If your roof handles heavy rain, 6 inch gutters have wider downspouts, move more water and keep overflow from wearing out your siding and foundation.
What if it rains during my roof replacement?
We always work around the weather forecast to ensure your home is safe and protected. That said, every now and then a storm tries to sneak up on us. We temp off exposed areas and work around the weather. If a storm rolls in, we protect your home first and get back on the roof as soon as it's safe.
